I have not yet received this product. It continues to show in transit with no update over several days.

Hi Lisa,

At the top of the USPS website there is currently a warning of delays across the country due to weather. There is a similar note from the USPS in your tracking information. It is also reflected that we mailed your package the day after it was ordered. Unfortunetly sometimes the USPS just runs a little behind. We hope your package reaches you shortly!
