The Antara is a pre-Colombian instrument from high in the Andes Mountains. Its name is derived from Quechua, the ancient language of the Incas. It is the equivalent of the Panpipe. The Antara is made by joining graduated lengths of reed, bamboo pipe, or cane. Today the Antara is normally included in the typical Andean Group & is noted for its mystical haunting sound.
Comes with an attached neck-length string so that your little ones can play on the go!
